As an HR (Human Resources) Manager, you are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining talent. You develop HR policies, manage staffing needs, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee compensation and benefits. You play a pivotal role in fostering a skilled and motivated workforce that contributes to the agency's advertising campaign success. 

  • You direct and motivate employees through clear agreements and practical rules.
  • In consultation with the hierarchical manager and/or human resources department, you decide on the implementation of the department's human resources policy and provide advice on recruitment and dismissal.
  • You supervise employees, identify their training needs, and keep them informed about developments in the professional field.
  • You formulate direct advice and proposals for the development and implementation of HR programs to optimize HR policy.
  • You inform employees about personnel-related topics. 
  • You should demonstrate knowledge of social legislation and various HR-related topics.
  • You understand the procedures and functioning of the institution.
  • You exhibit social skills for effective leadership.
  • You demonstrate proficiency in planning and organizing.
  • You show strong listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly and objectively in groups while defending your point of view.
  • You provide advice to management on the development and optimization of HR programs.
  • You demonstrate problem-solving skills in HR, addressing issues from day-to-day operational challenges to strategic questions.
  • You address various HR-related problems in the department, such as conflicts and staffing, in collaboration with the hierarchical responsible. 
  • Working on a monitor (<80%) is required to perform the job.
